EU ready to offer Trump greater market access to avert trade war

The European Union is ready to negotiate opening its markets wider to U.S. imports including cars in a bid to stave off a potential trade war with Washington. But, as Ciara Lee reports, EU leaders have said they will only do so if the U.S. lifts the threat of import duties on steel and aluminium products.
